Karen has many skills and attributes that she has used to help me. First, she’s passionate about helping people, and it shows. One way she does this is by listening, asking questions, and staying focused.

An avid reader, Karen also draws on her education and research to stay abreast of new developments in the field. She’s good at teasing out important ideas the client might never have considered important or worth exploring.

Through it all, Karen never judged me, nor did she attempt to influence me in one direction or another. Instead, she encouraged me to think, feel, and trust my own knowledge and beliefs in the journey to inner peace and satisfaction.

At the end of each session, I always felt as if Karen had given her all to help me.

I have had the pleasure to have Karen Bowman as my Life Coach since Aug. of this year. I have my own business and hired her to help me get organized.  With her help I realized in order to grow my business I needed to get right with God.  Through her encouragement my relationship with God has really grown.  Instead of listening to music to and from work she suggested using that time to be in prayer.  Not only did she encourage me to pray more but also to realize that money isn’t everything, that having a true relationship with  God is more important.  Instead of working around 50 hrs a week I now work 20-25 hrs a week which gives me more time to help in Children’s services and attend a women’s bible study every week.  I am so thankful that God brought her into my life.
